If your item arrives and is faulty or damaged, we allow for the item to be returned to us for an exchange but at the cost of the customer. Contact us at email@example.com for details on how to return it.
If a customer is not happy with the garment for whatever reason, we allow for the garment to be returned for an exchange at the cost of the customer. The garment must be unworn, and show no signs of damage, that may be deemed to have been caused after it has left our possession.
What if the garment is faulty?
If the garment received is faulty then we will reissue the garment at our cost. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
